By using pAIsaLocal, you agree to these Terms of Service. pAIsa was built by former DFW crew leads who turned field experience into three AI agents that price outdoor kitchens, concrete patios, and retaining walls using real supplier feeds — 206 stone varieties, 39 appliances, 23 stamp patterns, and field-tested DFW labor rates.

Your Responsibilities

•Use estimates for legitimate planning purposes
•Verify final costs with licensed contractors before proceeding
•Comply with local building codes and permit requirements
•Obtain necessary permits before starting construction

Pricing & Change Orders

Your original quoted scope is locked — no hidden fees, no surprise markups. If you decide to add or change something mid-project, that's a change order. You'll pay for the additional work, but every change order is priced transparently through pAIsa and confirmed with you before any work begins. No one touches the scope without your sign-off.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important. We protect your data under our Privacy Policy. Your project information is encrypted and never shared with third parties without your consent.

AI-Generated Estimates

pAIsa uses artificial intelligence to generate project estimates. While our AI agents use real supplier pricing, verified DFW labor rates, and field-tested calculations, estimates are for planning purposes and are not binding contracts. Final project costs may vary based on site conditions, permit requirements, material availability, and contractor selection. In compliance with Texas HB 2060, all AI-generated content is clearly disclosed.

Intellectual Property

The pAIsaLocal platform, including its AI agents, pricing algorithms, design recommendations, and user interface, is the intellectual property of pAIsaLocal. You may use estimates generated for your personal project planning. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our pricing data, algorithms, or platform content for commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

pAIsaLocal provides estimates as a planning tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, pAIsaLocal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to differences between estimated and actual project costs, construction delays, or contractor performance. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of pAIsaLocal shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

Updates to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
