•Anthropic (Claude): AI language model powering pAIsa's conversational estimates

•MongoDB Atlas: Encrypted cloud database for estimate storage

•Google Analytics: Anonymized website analytics

Data Retention

We retain your estimate data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Conversation histories are retained for 12 months to improve our AI system. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, though anonymized aggregate data may be retained for analytics.

Children's Privacy

pAIsaLocal is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. For Texas residents, this policy complies with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). For California residents, we honor CCPA rights including the right to know, delete, and opt out of data sales (we do not sell personal data).
