What's locked: The labor rate and material budget stated on your pAIsaLocal estimate are locked from the date of signed contract through final invoicing.
Cash back: If actual material costs at final invoicing come in under the quoted material budget, pAIsaLocal will refund the difference to you, up to a maximum of $500 per project, via check or original payment method within 14 business days of project completion.
We absorb overages: If actual material costs exceed the quoted material budget, pAIsaLocal absorbs the difference. You pay the original estimate.
Scope: The guarantee applies to the project scope defined in the signed contract. Change orders, scope additions, or customer-requested upgrades after signing are billed separately and may adjust the total cost.
Eligible projects: Outdoor kitchens, concrete patios, retaining walls, stone edging, and combination projects performed by pAIsaLocal in the DFW metro service area.
Not a sweepstakes: The Labor Locked Guarantee is a transparent pricing policy included on every pAIsaLocal project. There is no drawing, entry form, purchase requirement, or chance-based element. Every qualifying customer receives the guarantee.
Modification: pAIsaLocal may update these terms for future projects at any time. Terms in effect on the date of your signed contract apply to your project.
